On Friday, 3 June 2016, Cherryl Moote, esteemed Canadian bookmaker, calligrapher and author presents a 2 day workshop which will begin with lettering instruction of the Neuland hand. To answer the ever heard question…when do I find time for my art…Cheryl will lead us through the decoration of pages with Indigo & Walnut ink. Finally we will combine our letters and the pages to create an original journal. Get this done and you have a portable place for your art work for Summer 2016!
As this is a lettering & project class you will need to bring practice paper, some pens, and a few pieces of watercolour paper. Cherryl will supply precut paper and specialty inks. A detailed supply list is available upon request at workshop.ecs@gmail.com
